If USB configuration support is supported you will see the USB Menu entry in the CLI if the USB supports configuration over USB. Otherwise you will see a message that USB configuration for a USB device is not supported. Once USB configuration support deploys ASDM should be able to switch users through a USB device (USB Hard drive, USB flashdrive, etc.) and connect to the ASA in terminal mode using the Administrator user credentials by default. The same user credentials will be used to access other ASDM resources such as the Configuration Manager.
